Hi - I got PR in Aug-2010, Left US in Sep-2010.
Came back in Fe-2011 for 3 week trip.

On last day of trip applied for Re-entry permit. Got FP for April.
Ask them to reschedule, they sent me a letter after 4 months

"Either we did not receive your reschedule request or did not like the reason for reschedule. We are considering it as abandoned, so no appeal either."

Can I apply a fresh again?

No, they did not entertain my reschedule request and being under impression of rescheduling I did not go for FP

Rescheduling FP for the RP seems to be very problematic. There are several cases on the forum of people having their reschedule request ignored.

I have been lucky then. A year and half ago, I was able to reschedule 4 times.
