Re-entry permit

Does anybody know how long it takes to get a re-entry permit? According to the processing dates in uscis website, it takes more than 4 months.
 
Somebody posted that they got RP/RTD about 30 days or so. It has been two months for my RP. I received approval email last week and have not received the book yet.
