I'm filling a re-entry permit form, and i was wondering if i put "family obligations due to my mother's illness" as a purpose, will that be enough or do i need to be more specific?

Do not say the health condition of your mom, this is your confidentiality. Just make it very general like family duties, visit relatives ......etc
