Hi, My parents reentry permit expired on may 2001, they went to chennai constulate on Feb20,2002 to apply for renewal of reentry permit (SB1-visa), which they were denied. Now I have to apply for their immigrant visa one again from scratch or is there any quick solution. What if they come to the US with their green card without disclosing that their 2 yr permit expired, will the INS give hard time at the port of entry.I am also trying to get visitors visa for them. What is the exact fees including the shipping charges for returning the stamped passport via courier.
I would really appreciate if I can get any answer.
