Re-entry Permit:Efiling vs Paper Filing

Hello all,

I will be applying for re-entry permit very soon. I remember reading somewhere that paper filing is safer than efiling as people that efile might be asked for fingerprints. I am not familiar with the procedure but I was hoping to apply for the permit and head home. Do I need to worry about having to come back soon? Any advice/inputs will be much appreciated.

paper filing is better and attach every document required , correct fee, fhotographs
