Re-entry permit application

Hey guys,

I am planing to apply for Re-entry permit. What kind of document do I need to attach with my application? a job offer from my new employer in China is good enough or I have to ask them to write a specific letter to the USCIS? Thanks, any common will be appreciated.

I'd never provide it to CIS for some obvious reason unless termination date of job is on the letter.
 
I don't think you have to provide any documents to prove that you intend to stay abroad. I definitely wouldn't do that.
