Wanted to share a quick note about re-entry at the US immigration in Calgary, Canada. No questions asked about how long I had been away etc (it was a brief trip of 3 days for business anyway), but I was asked to provide both left and right hand FPs along with the mugshot.
In my earlier returns to the US (through LAX and EWR), I had been asked only for right hand FP. Also in those cases, the officers wrote "ARC" on the passport after stamping. This time at Calgary the guy wrote "LPR".
Wonder why this inconsistency ?
