Re-entry after I-485 approval while abroad

Hi,
In November 2004 me, my wife and kid went to India while our I-485 is pending. I came back in Jan 2005 and my wife and kid is still there in India, in March 2005 both of our I-485’s got approved and I got it stamped on PP. My question is regarding my wife re-entry.

1. Her AP is valid till May 2005 so can she use her AP to come back or do I need to send her approval notice.
2. If she is allowed with the approval notice can she stay in India for some more time even after her AP expires?

She needs to come back till her AP is valid. You must not post the approval letter. She needs to come back and get her passport stamped then she can again travel outside the country.

Now use your own judgement when the best time for your spouse to come back.
