re-entry After 4 months

We(Me and my wife) get Green card on July 2008 based on my employment.
After staying in US for 6 months we went to India due to death in family.
My question is
1) If she stays there more than 3 months but less than 6 months will it be problem in re-entry to US. I am currently in US.
2)If I change my Job after working for my employer for more than 9 months
then will complicate the matters further?
