Re-entering in US after changing employer

Hi,

I have H1 visa stamped in my passport last year and in the beginning of this year I changed my employer. I have approval notice from INS. I will flying to Germany this december to meet some friends. Will I have any problems while coming back to US with stamped visa (with old employer) and the new employer's approval notice? Should I carry any other documents with me?

You are fine as long as H1 stamp(w/ previous employer) is valid and you can show approval notice (w/ new employer).
 
same here

My situation is the same except that the H1 stamp(with previous employer) will expire 5 days after I enter. I mean the date stamped shows Jan 10, 2006 and I plan to enter US on Jan 5th, 2006. Will there be any problems? I have approval notice from new employer till September 2006.
