re-enter usa after extension

Hi. My mother stayed for 10 months in usa, she was given 6 months at POE and another 6 months when we applied an extension for her. Can she come back after 1 year? She is planning to visit us again next fall.

With regard to extension, we actually have an immigration lawyer that time to process her paper, and we don't know the exact reason(s) that the lawyer submitted to the uscis. Will this be a problem?

Let me get this correct, the applicant of the extension request does not know what are the grounds for requesting an extension of stay??? Is this even a genuine life/death emergency???

from your post, if I have understood correctly, she got 6 months at POE and another 6 months as extension and out of 12 months (6+6) she stayed for 10 months and left for her home country.
For her to come back to you again, she has to stay in her home country for more than 10 months or say minimum 1 year to prove to IO that she is visiting you and not living in USA. This time the IO may give a restricted stay because last time she stayed on extension.
