Hi,
I came to the US on employer A's H1 valid till 2009. I joined B in 15 days and recieved my I-797 with Departure records.
I need to travel out of the country, will i be able to re-enter on the previous H1?
Our company lawyer told me that for AC21 (??) its not a problem but for my approved H1, i need a new H1 visa.
Anyone has a concrete idea, whats going on?
