Hi there, I need some feedback and advice on my TN visa application.
1. in January 2022 I obtained a TN visa under the Accountant occupation which is still valid I have entered a few times in the US but worked for an employer remotely from Canada and the payroll was in Canada instead of the US.
2. Now I got a job offer and an employer attorney supporting TN under CSA occupation, based on my US Master Degree in CyberSecurity and Graduate Certificate in Information security from Canada while my bachelor's Degree (Business) from outside of North America.
3. The actual job role internally is IT Auditor, which reflects 90% resemblance with the CSA category, with your experiences and knowledge could seniors help advise the CHANCE of TN Visa approval at Pearson Airport?
