I had landed in canada in june 1999 and lived only for about a month and returned to the US to continue work on my h1 b visa.
What are my chances if i reapply again from the US along with my wife this time?
Although i left canada i still maitain a canadian driver license and SIN card and a credit card.
I am looking for a way to sponser my wife and reapplying seems to be the best
I am in the IT field and have more than 5 years experience in cisco and has the certifications
Your opinions on cases like this would be appreciated
