I tried a lot to know about how this process works but there is little to no information. Can anyone explain?
a) About asylum clock after reapplying
b) Will there be interview or court proceedings?
c) Is there any way for re-appeal?

You can always go back to your country anytime but you can never come back after that. Chances are slim to none for visa approval after asylum denial.

What will be the basis of their reason to not let you back to USA, once they denied your fear of persecution in the first place.
And what if someone got their GC not through asylum but from PERM or DV lottrey, Can they reenter US?

From what I heard, once your case is denied, they consider you as a fraud and no intent to return back to your country.
When you apply and get any visa, your intent should be going back to your country once your visit for any reason is over.

Guys, I did my 2nd interview on Jan 29th. To my surprise it went so short like about 35 minutes. He didn't even ask me whole think. He thoroughly read my statement which i saw in front of him with various marks and comments. I feel like he didn't even care my case since i was denied previously. Interview was normal. But after i walk from that interview room, i feel like i haven't even told him complete story. It was so short and without cross-questions. I think i will be denied again.
