I got an email from UCIS in regard to a RFE for my I131 application. Have not recieved it in the mail yet so do not know what the details are. Any one have recieved a similar notice in the past ?

Also would anyone know how long does it take to get an EAD approved ?

My details are :

Labor Filed : March 2003
Labor Approved : Dec 2007
I140/485/131/765 filed : march 7
I140 Approved : March 22nd
Country of Origin : UAE

because u r from uae , i think u have to go through the NSEERS program which is a fingerprinting system each time u enter and leave the usa because u come from an arab country.

so i beleive ur RFE is about providing them with a proof that u were always doing the fingerprints when u leave and enter usa.

Did you file on line? if so may be FP notice, other possibilities
1- Copy from I-94
2- the photos you sent are more than 30 days and used in another application before
3- Colored copy from passport with visa page or driving license
4- copies from your legal status papers
5- Supporting statement for reason (Q#7 answer).
6- The fee is not the exact amount.
7- other than the above.

If you include I-485/I765/I131 in the same package does not mean that you make one copy from supporting documents for all applications. Each application with its cover letter, separate check or money order, separate set of supporting documents, separate paper clip. Assume you have three different applications but in one package. Good luck
