I am still waiting for my I-140 Approval, my details are EB/3 with a notice date of 3/11/03.. the latest postings says that they are processing 3/22/03 .. Dont know when that blessed day would come.... Keepiong fingers crossed, have sent in my EAD for renewal, hope that triggers something....

Thanks

Dude,
Can't u call there 800 number and try to generate a query on ur case?

some one told me that if ur ND date is prior then date they mentioned abt there processing, u can caal them and ask them to generate a query on ur case and they will have a look on ur case.

is it not true?

will wait for ur response

In last 2 months or so, they have moved this date from october to march, so covering 6 months or so, BUT HOW DO WE KNOW THAT THESE DATES MAKE ANY SENSE?
ARE THEY REALLY WORKING HARD? WITH THIS SPEED IN NEXT 6 MONTHS, I-140 WOULD BE CURRENT IN VSC, GOSH I WOULD KILL MYSELF THAT DAY.

Re: Manoj2003

I called this morning and was informed the same 90-485 days story and when tried to reason on the March 22/03 date was asked wait atleast 30 days before they would try help me... or put me to tier 2

Thanks

They don't. By running a scanning script I know those "processing dates" are meaningless. The day I am watching is January 30, 2003, more than a half of cases in this day still not approved, and the processing speed dropped to 2-4 cases a week. (No reason to kill oneself, though...)

Re: Manoj2003

The guys who usually answer the phone read the same what we read on the case status file. tier 2 is an officer who can answer a wee bit more than these guys..

Thanks
