Guys
i Wrote an Email to french Embassy in India, and asked about
Airport Transit Visa Requirement, and did tell them that i have a Greencard Stamp and my Wife has AP (Travel Document), i also
mentioned that AIRINDIA doesn't allow to get down of the Plane since its a DIrect FLight.
They Replied back and said we don't need Transit Visa, since we
have Confirmed tickets,
Iam going to Take the Print out with me in case somebody in Paris would Question us.

isGCtheKey ,

on the way back through Air India (Mumbai-paris-EWR) are passengers asked to get out of the plane during the halt.

if yes, do they check your AP??

i am travelling in to india and back in June. my AP expires in Aug ( less than 3 months )

thanks

They do not let you get down

Don't worry about transit visa.
My only advice is take a few copies of your AP as you will require to give these at mumbai and if you are going to board from further down like ABad etc.
