My case got approved on 24th Sept , exactly one year after the RD
Case Details:
Started working for company A in 1999 and applied LC in 1999 June LC and I140 got cleared by end of March 2000 Joined Company B in June 2000 and applied for LC. By end of June2001 Priority date become current and approached a Lawyer weather he can do anything with my old I140, He asked me to get an future employment letter from Company A and I am able to manage a letter from Company A. Filed 485 in Sept2001, got approved yesterday ,No RFE, No Interview, (Mean while my LC from Company B got approved and applied for I140).
