RD sep 2005: CSC to NSC any1?

Is there any1 here with RD of Sept 2005 (irresp of PD) and got transferred from CSC to NSC? If yes what is your status? Has any1 with this RD got approved?

One of the reasons for asking is from what I heard on this forum, cases transferred from CSC to NSC in Feb/Mar 2007 are being treated as RD's fo 2007 and not 2005 or before.

This could explain why your case which has such an earlier PD of 2001 has not been touched yet. What do you think?

If we can get a case with original RD in 2005 but which was transferred from CSC to NSC this year and is already approved, then it belies the theory that NSC is treating old CSC cases as 2007 RDs.
 
That's not correct

I do not think that's true..I spoke with NSC and they did not say anything like that..but they said security check is pending on my application..

It is possible that they might be treating txfered cases as new. I have seen some transfered cases approved. so far I see one case with RD 2005 and CSC->NSC trasnfered, has been approved.
 
mine is csc>nsc with RD march 2005.
spoke to a person at nsc and got the same reply as gc2005 that my security checks are pending..i think this is their routine answer to get us off their back..

Your security checks may in fact be pending. Did you talk to different people at NSC and got the same reply? did you try InfoPass appointment to confirm this NC theory?
 
i asked her clearly she said my name ckeck is done but security check is pending..i never tried infopass..may be you are right i should call them again and check..
my wife also talked to an IO on the very same day to inquire about her case ..he said that her case is in staging area..:confused:

I called NSC again today. IO said my Security check is pending. Then i asked the reason i got lud on 07/26/07. Then he goes back and checked again and told this is in officer review. Then i asked whether that is good or bad sign. Then he mentioned it is very good sign. God knows what is happening there...
 
hearing the same story since 2 yrs after GC interview, security check pending from the local uscis office when FBI cleared the Name Check and FP checks. Don't know what they want to check in the security check. Info pass says all checks are cleared but local ins office says security pending.
