Guys and Gals,

Following a majority of the approvals over the past few days it appears that the TSC is going by a combination of RD and PD. Also, RD seems to be given more preference.

I have come to this conclusion since most of the cases approved so far are 2004 RDs. There are some exceptions but in general the trend is a RD-PD combo.

My case was filed in March '04 but was transferred around and got back to TSC in August '05. I am pretty sure that these fools are considering August '05 as my RD instead of the correct date of March '04. Not sure when this mess will be over :)

Didn't you mention that your case was assigned to an officer.

I checked with the TSC rep. on the phone and also in my infopass appointment yesterday, and I was told that my case hasn't been assigned yet.

You are correct. I was told on Friday the 1st of June that my case has been assigned to an officer. However, I am always a little skeptical of verbal updates. In the past I have been given numerous wrong updates by TSC reps/officers.

Patience is a vitue that I am short on right now :)

My last FP was in March '06. My wife recently completed her FP in May '07. There hasn't been any change in LUD for over two years on my 485.

You're right saras...They told me on the 1st that my file is with an officer and today I got the message that they are waiting forthe fingerprinting results to be downloaded to the system from FBI. Actually I shouldn't have called them today..so much frustration...Good luck saras...
 
I also believe that the cases were transferred based on R.D. from VSC.
AND
Considering there are aournd 15 approvals thus far in the day means all these cases were already ready at VSC and I guess they were just waiting for the RD to be current and then check if the NC and FP are in and just approve.
