RD or ND based??

Which one (RD or ND) is considered when INS processes our I-485, I-765, and I-131 cases?

If you notice the processing time (which is posted in the Index page of this website) you will see that at the top of the column it says "Receipt Notice Date". So it is ND rather than RD. Wish for the best.

Confusion

My RD is June 15, and ND is July 05, but ...

When I checked INS online status, it says "On July 05, 2002, we received your application ..."

Rolling Hills, it's really confusing

In short RD is the date when INS received your application by mail.

but ND is the date when they enter that information in to their system (may be computer), so online and AVM will say ND as your received date.

I am not sure which on INS is considering for approval date.
(I hope atleast INS people would know)
