RD on I485 receipt is wrong

Hi,
I filed my I-485 application along with EAD in last week of Aug 2001. The RD on the recipt is 9/29 whereas the RD on EAD is 8/29. We also filed my hubby\'s 485 & EAD, all the dates on his recipts are same as 8/29.
All the ND s are 10/26. Does the RD really matter?
I am concerned since I am the primary applicant. Also the my last name is spelled wrong on all the recipts(even though my husband & I have same last names). My lawyer thinks it won\'t be an issue.

Call VSC & find out

RD matters

Call INS and get it resolved. You count your 180 days period from RD. Also it matter for 485 approval.
