Have you replied to the RFE yet...Hope you get approved before the 2nd FP is asked for. Also does it happen that the INS asks for 2ndFP at the same time they also give approval based on the RFE response

The question is how strict they follow the 15 month expiration rule?

I indeed heard people was asked for FP after approval. Just once. I doubt it would be a common practice.

Had your online status changed anytime to "On July 9, 2003, we received ..."?
Just curious..

online message read the standard message "on DATE we received ...."
before RFE. AFter rfe it changed to rfe received. There was no change
indicating 1FP or 2FP.

OhioApp,no 2nd fp notice,atleast yet.

I am hoping to avoid the 3 hour drive to get the fp and instead get a approval. I know wishful thinking. I hope you get youd Approval soon. My first FP was in june.
 
It simply sucks after 576 days and still waiting. The same old message sitting there for so many months. We received your application blah blah. Who saves slavery has ended in the US. It is a legal slavery where one is forced to work against their will. We badly need freedom.
