RD OCT 15 - RFE replied on Nov 18 - but

RD - OCt 15. RFE for pay stub, employment letter, w2.
Lawyer replied on Nov 18th (Fedex express deleivery).
Online status mesg was not updated. Not checked AVM.

Very strange. How long does it take to update the system?
They would have received letter by Nov 20th atleast.

For me it took 2 days.

Recieved on 11th Nov and updated on 13th Nov.

is it 6 months? or 3 months?

I think INS generally asks for 3 months paystubs. For you is it 6 months?

INS not yet updated.

Is this due to INS freeze.
Also i heared Bush signed for abolishing INS today at 1:20 ET.

What will happen to the pending cases?

Do we (All) have any chance getting our approval?
