Hi! My friends,

I am Nov 13, 2001 case and I am still waiting. I called INS, they told me I may get reply within 4 weeks.

But I have to change address by end of this month. Anybody has a good suggestion form? And also, how can I change my address? Can I call INS to change my address or I have to mail the request to change address?

Is it helpful to call local senator?

You are so close infact your case should have been allready approved.

Isn' it possible to postphone the address change for a month or so? Why give a reason for RFE ?

U should mail the AR-11 as per law. It is better to call them to confirm the address change as the address change takes time (infact it never happenned for some people unless they called BCIS) looking into other people's cases !

Also I think U should call the local senator as you have nothing to lose.If only it helps to expediate the case.

I am EB11 case -- not based on offer. I never changed employer.
Any reason that I get REF as I am changing my address?

Also do you know how to find my local senator?
