Hello, my case
EB3 India RD 10/14/99 ND 01/21/99 PD 04/96
Here is my problem.
I am getting a good offer from a company. with my current company i am not on work right now. would it be possible for me to go to next job now in new company on EAD and take unpaid leave from current company till i get my GC from current company?

Or would you guys give me some better idea. since they have started Oct 99 I may get FP and approval in 2-3 months ( Just hoping! with screwd up VSC).

Please guide me if any of you have any experience with changing job.

What you mean by not on work. Are you on bench, if so you mean to say you are not getting paid?

The only problem you might run into is if VSC issues and RFE asking for recent paystubs etc.
