My wife and I have finally received our RD, ND and EAD.
MD: 8/10/2001
RD: 8/13/2001
ND: 9/28/2001
Our Lawyer told us that the processing time for EAD is up to 3 months from ND and not RD. I have been reading different views on this and other discusion boards. Does anybody in the same shoes? Can we go to INS Local Office and ask a temporary EAD after 3 months from RD?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
