Just trying to see where people with RD March\'99 stand in terms of approvals. Please post your details/status. It may be

EB2, RD 03/17/99, ND 04/05/99, FP 03/??/00, Other, PD always current. Still waiting...

Wife received RFE for medical exam (she was pregnant when
we filed I-485).

Hi Vijay..when did you talk to IIO and what exactly IIO told you?.
I spoke to IIO a week back but noone is working on my case.
I am wondering may be i should be speak to IIO.

I talked to an IIO last week. She siad that the case was under review, and it is not yet decided. Prior to that 3 weeks back she told me (not the same IIO) that it would take 2/3 weeks to make a decision. My PD is 9/97 EB2 RIR, in Boston. Maybe they are processing by the PD. I am damn confused by this process. I hope I get an approval or an RFE soon, What I am scared is of the file being transferred to Boston local INS. which is screwed up in timings.
