If you have not used a lawyer so far

Then most probably get away without a lawyer. Most of my friends who had local transfer and went for an interview did not have their lawyer present, though everyone had one. However, if you feel that your case situation needs a lawyer, don\'t hesitate in getting one. Also, make sure that if you get a lawyer, get a good one, not a cheap one... as a cheap lawyer can be worse than not having one at all.

This is just my opinion.....
