Hi all,

How many of you with RD July99 and ND Aug99 still waiting?

My Details:
RD:28Jul99, ND:10Aug99, EAC-99-237-xxxxx, FP:8Jun00
Nothing after that.

Number of people with later ND are getting approved, I don\'t understand this. Everybody with RD of July99 should have their PDs current, so why is INS skipping us?

Hi, My RD was June 22nd, 1999 and RD was July 14th, 1999.

I heard my approval on telephonic message on Nov 22nd, 2000.

I did receive an RFE for an updated form 325, employer letter, bank statement so that I do not become public liability, last 3 months payslip and last two years tax returns. It was received by INS on Nov 7th, 2000.

I am now waiting for the approval notice.

Hope this info helps for people whpo applied in July.

She said that the case is being looked at and it will take 1-3 months for the final decision.

I talked IIO half month ago and she told me to wait for three months. My info: ND 8/4/99, FP 6/28/00.
