i finally threw in the towel and spoke to iio - took about 15 mins to get hold - it was very short - asked her status of my case, she said "your case is in final stage, you\'ll hear something in 30 days" well, pretty much no use except that I feel happy somehow - maybe becuase of the human voice than the monotony of hearing the AVM ...
