RD in June 2001: Have any body received I-485 Approval?

Hi,
  Please let me know if anybody with a RD of June 2001 and ND of either June/July 2001 has received approval.

My RD is Jun 15th 2001
My ND is July 27th 2001
My FP was done Dec 12th 2001

AVM says that my FP were received on Jan 11th 2002.
My LIN # is 0X-229-XXXXX

Why do you feel such confidence? Do you have any news on that? I haven\'t seen approval movement after May 8. Are they clearing old cases or stopping processing for a while? Please share more info. Thanks.

AD:Waiting. There is obvisouly no logic behind my optimism for predicting June RDs aprovals start within a month. I bet nobody knows what NSC is upto. March-April RDs are getting approved right now so simply hoping that May June will start soon, in a month or so...hope for the best!

The last approval seen was RD 5/18/01. Hope things move along.
May get a better idea next week when the processing times for NSC
are out.

Called today for address change and was told the connection for 140-485 has been to be made. Dont know what that means.
 
Monthly Nebraska Processing Times

What date does the processing times which the INS Nebraska Center releases every month stand for. Is it Receipt Date or Notice Date? One of my buddies who has already been approved about 6 months ago says that is is Notice Dates because the INS doesnt care when the mail was received?

Did you figure what the Connection for I140-I185 means? Also did you call INS to give them a new address. You should probably have requested your lawyer to send them an Addendum.

Did talk to the lawyer

Lawyer has also informed INS and suggested that I do too.

As with the Connecting 485 to 140. Reading in the news group seems an internal procedure and nothing out of the ordinary.

  I just stumbled upon http://www.rupnet.com/immigration and I think it is a cool site that some body like us is maintaining. I added my info into that site. I guess we dont have to keep on updating text files with info and reposting it and worrry about Virus Attacks etc.
