Hello Guys,
Our 485 has been approved today!
Wow, went to office, did the usual ritual (prayer to God) and then the unusual one now-a-days( checking online status).
Both me and my spouse 485 have been approved.
No RFE, same employer through out. Labor took 4 months, 140 took 35 days and 485 took 19 long months.
Assured salary in Labor has been shrinked less by $10K 8 months ago showing slow economy as excuse.
We heartily thank Rajiv Khanna for his efforts to bring us together. Though we are silent visitors, we enjoyed a lot hearing different voicing issues on diff topics.

Thanks to all of you who made me more knowledgeate on issues which I never would learn otherwise.
All the best to you all and may Lord Ganesha bring smile on everybody's face everyday!!!

Hi Thanks Vijayrc and all others....
My EAC is EAC-02-120-52***
Our FP was done on July2nd 2002 and INS updated status saying FP received on July 10th 2002 and process resumed on case etc...
Mine is EB3.
