Guys,

Please post any Feb-Mar-Apr '03 approvals only. Please desist from adding your congratulatory messages. Not that I am against, I would rather do the same but the thread begins to grow enormously and one has to weed thru all congrats messages to actually find the approvals.

Please just post approvals and respective details.

This is just to keep hopes alive for > Feb 03 filers. At any given day, one can visit this thread and see any new approvals.

I sincerely hope people who like to congratulate do not take any offense.

My RD is Apr 28th. I believe that USCIS adjudicates cases based on RD. But some claim it to be ND. My observation has been that RD is the basis.
 
I-140 pending

No info on my I-140 at all. My wife got to do FP's but nothing for me.

RD=Feb 17, 2003
ND=March 18, 2003
Receipt=EAC03126*****

My I-140 got Approved. Here are the details. My employer didnt apply concurrent cuz of the stupid company policy.

I am going to apply for I-485 soon.
