It is my turn to say that all our (self, husband and son) 485s have been approved y'day (status updated only this morning). Here are the details:

RD Dec. 10, 2002 EB3 with Priority Date: 03/23/2001
ND Dec. 12, 2002
FP1 Feb. 1, 2003
2EADs and 2 APs
Applied for third EAD and AP
FP2 Aug. 17, 2004
RFE replied for son for BC and medicals: Dec. 3rd.
Approval exactly a week after RFE was recd. Dec. 9, 2004

This is a valuable web site and I sincerely pray that they approve all 2001/2002 cases soon.

CONGRATS!!! It's encouraging to know. I had understood (or misunderstood) from the Vermont forum on this site that the # of employment based visa #s have been already allocated for this quarter of the fiscal year and was concerned that USCIS will not approve any more 485s before Jan 05 and then once Jan 05 arrives, the PD retrogression will put many people further behind. But there have been a few approvals today and that is great news. One question for you WindsorResident. Did your cases have LUD changes in the week between when your RFE was received by USCIS and the approval?

There was no LUD change after my FP2 was recd. I was kinda worried as to whether they will approve only my sons case when they recd. his RFE bcoz there was no LUD change on mine or husband's case. I wanted all our cases to be approved immediately and together.

From what I understand from your email, only your son had an RFE right? Did his case have LUD changes?
