My particulars are as above. Talked to IIO today. She asked me to wait for 2 more months! IS anybody in the same situation ? ( EB3 - Mid September 99 ND , NO FP )

I was in a similar situation where FP notice was long due and according to IIO my FP appointment was 2 months ago. Then my attorney\'s office called VSC and requested to send again. It never became clear whether FP was originally mailed by INS or not!
There is a 90 day window after FP appointment date within which INS must receive the FP. If not, they may consider the petition abandoned. So it is better to call once a month, IMO.
