Hi Friends,

My case was transferred to local office and finally I have got an interview letter.

My laywer applied me in EB2 category, my labor & I-140 has allready been approved(EB2) for all most 2 years. He thought that I have a master's degree but I don't have one (discontinued).I am having around 5 yrs experience before joining the current employer.

My Concern/question:

All though they did not ask specifically about the degree in the interview letter, I am worried if that could pose any problem? My lawyer says we should not be concerned about that at this stage but I wanted to get you guru's opinion.

Please respond!!!!

Thanks,

Which local office were you transferred? You shouldnt have any problem with your degree as the officers dont know what your qualification is. You can relax!

The laywer thought you had a master's degree.

What an effective communication between you two.

Don't volunteer any info on that. However, you better have a really good reason for the mistake if asked becasue it could be considered as a fraudulent GC application.

Can you post the dates of your case? Where will the interview take place?

Thanks
