My RD is 7/31/2001, few weeks away from approval according to rupnet.com

I have changed my employer couple months ago, i have not informed ins.

Do I need to inform ins ?
If I dont inform ins do they ask employer information in the interview after approval ?

Please help me with the information, some of u would have had same situation. Please share ur experience.
Time is running out. (Loosing sleep)
Dont know what to do.

Don't panic!

While it is easier said than done, don't loose sleep over it! It is preferable to inform INS about the change, it is not mandatory unless you received an RFE. Most of the time, even if you send such a letter it may not get to your file, as there is no direct reference no. on your letter and it may just get lost in the mail room. (If you get an RFE, there is a barcode, so it is easy for INS to track your file).

If you get an RFE/Interview, just take the employment letter and other required documetns like paystub along with you. You should be fine.

All the best,

thanks for support, one more Question

thank buddy for the support.

one more question.
The company I joined is a very small company owned by my one of my relative.
He used it for corp to corp contracts for him slef.
I will be the only employee at this time, as he is no bench.
It is 2 years old.
I dont know if all this will pose any problems.

any thoughs ?
Please post.

Thank you guys/gals.

Unlikely

It is very unlikely. Normally what you are asked about is the employment letter. The co.'s financials and other details are reqd. at I-140 level. However, in case of an interview or RFE, it might be requested, but again, the chances are slim.
