Wonder if the USCIS department employees are all volunteers or if they pay to work there? ,

Is there any department that values efficiency?
The days keep on increasing and its not by 1 or 2. I see some people here have crossed over 7,8,900 days!!!

May be they need to think about advantages of outsourcing!
