cat&mouse, you still there? contact local congressman, they can help you obtain status. If you're from MA, contact Kerry's office.

senetor

contacted senetor one month ago called senetor office yesterday,no feedback from his office.Initiated 3rd inquiry on 12th Jan 2004.no feedback.3days back again called and IIO (tier2 )said they are doing additional checks.and gave examples %^$%%^^

I don't know what to do next?So I am thinking about writing letter to VSC Director.

I don't know. If you got RFE like me, then you'll be approved very soon. The worst is silence, nothing.

Fax # 802-527-4816

I gave the following details -

Receipt Date
Notice Date
First Finger Print Date
Second Finger Print Date

Primary Name (I-485 based on approved I-140)
EAC #
A#

Secondary (Spouse) Name (I-485 as dependent beneficiary)
EAC #
A#

Reason why they should approve your case expeditely?
Personal Agony, Uncertainity, etc, etc

Also, try to email the following -

1. Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov
2. Prakash.Khatri@dhs.gov

I emailed to Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov about a month back. No reply yet. I faxed my letter yesterday.

All the Best

Emailed Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov

I emailed and they replied back. They also called our attorney for our status. I'm not sure if this is good or bad.

My attorney also faxed, mailed, called, didn't help. He also contacted senator, congressman, AILA liason, didn't help either.

Only one thing for us to do: wait, then wait.

No RFE

Thanks dengdeng, gc_lotto

I have not received any RFE till date. couple of days back my wife got updated our new address through tier1. (They said just AR11 is not sufficient you need to send letter to USCIS about your address change $#%$#%$#%)

May be RFE will be generated because of address change.

no help from senator.. Last hope is fax & email to director.
:(

I faxed a letter to VSC on 19th of Feb. and got reply by mail saying that the document I submited is failed to establish a level of extreme concern that would meet one of the following.

HUMANITARIAN
EXTREME EMERGENCY
SEVERE FINANCIAL LOSS
SERVICE ERROR

They also mention that my case will be delayed due to security check.
