RD 4/26/01, NO approval, What can we do?

My RD is 4/26/01, did FP 11/01. I sent 2 fax inquiry and called IIO 2 or 3 times. Nothing worked so far. My lawyer refused to do anything since JIT is 01/01/01. It is so frustrated to see that people with later RD got approved. What can we do? Please help. Thank you in advance.

I would suggest apporaching your loal congressman/senator for
help. They can make an enquiry on your behalf.

I dont want to desappoint you. But I know a friend of mine whos receipt date is 04/01/01. He is still waiting. As you know INS does not always process in that order.
