RD 3/5/03 EAD renewal approved

Hi everyone,

FYI, my EAD renewal is approved on 4/8/03. I just checked the online-status, it says:

"On April 8, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

I am happy now, still waiting for GC approval.

Cheque for EAD

Hi Mousk....

Do you know whom do we have to make the cheque payable to?
Is it BCIS(All speeled out) or INS (All speeled out).I downloaded the 765 form yesterday and the form says INS but its old.What should i do?.

It doesn't matter, my check was made to INS

I sent my application by Fedex on 3/3, INS was renamed to BCIS on 3/1. But they still accepted my check. I think it doesn't matter, though I recommed you pay to "BCIS" directly. They won't give you a RFE because of this small thing.

AP Question

Did you file AP also? Do you know how to check AP status?
I tried online status but it gave 'receipt no not found' error.
