RD 3/20/01, ND 4/10/01, When can i expect FP notice?

Another CSC I-485 waiter. EB2, RD: 3/20/01, ND: 4/9/01, WAC-01-153, No FP notice yet.

By the way, is FP notice supposed send to me or to my attorney? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jason,

You will get an original FP notice, and your attorney will
get a copy. You can use either one to do finger prints.

I called to IIO but they said We are going to Order FP but after 2 months when I called IIO they said Oh\' Its not schedule yet . Let me order for FP. Same thing now. No progresses. I don\'nt know what\'s going on. Any body having any Idea. How do I pressure to INS for my FP schedule. Please reply.

I called IIO and then they scheduled my FP after I call, my RD is 02/22 and ND is 03/20. I was told I can expect something in mail in 3-4 weeks as he has not entered my data in the FP system. What a mess!!!!

Guys delayed beyond 2 months should call IIO as that can accelarate the FP notice.

called up IIO.

Asked her about the FP.
She said that the process is automatic and did not give any timeline

Asked her about AP,
Just siad that they are processing March 13 ND AP.

that sounds like a sensible reply from iio...
my nd is march 13th. should hear smthing abt ap in some days.
long way to go for fp i feel...
