It is not ND....It is RD ........Murthy.com is immigration site.
They don't print mistakes on their site.

It would be transfer case.

In the I485 approval notice, the receipt date is the notice date of the I-485 receipt. The receipt date of I485 is not mentioned anywhere in the approval notice. Hope, it clears the doubts...................................
