Not that it matters to anyone.

Anywayz are there October/September RDs with absolutely no change i.e. still in "FP received and processing resumed" mode?

According to Rupnet about 63% have been acted upon... either approved or pending RFE.

I hate to be in the bottom 37%!
 
I am here too without any decision so far. My case is under review since Feb. 24th, and have no idea how long does it take an adjudicator to review one file...
 
Looks like INS/BCIS whatever... is stuck here badly and can't get out of it. All these IIOs should be fired instantly. Such inefficient *^*&%$#%$ :mad: :mad: :mad:

For what? All they will tell me is that they have a big backlog and that I will hear from them in a month or two! :(

I dont think anyone takes any action unless the file is misplaced or some officer has been working on it for too long.

I might call them next week for an address change.

so what happens when 540 days are completed? is there any sort of prioritization of the cases that are = or > 540 days?

about why the approval rate has slowed to a tricle again?

I would say - talk to IIO,
just to make sure -- your file is not in wrong stack.
God knows how do they work????

completing 540 days tomorrow. But my case has been worked on, a fat lot of good it does me though.
All you can do is call up and curse them a little bit and they will try and work on your case. Your best option is to approach a senator and tell him your woes. He'll probably take some action on the situation.
Otherwise you just have to wait a little more. I'm going through this and know exactly how you guyz feel I feel like going to the head of BCIS shaking him by his collar and telling him exactly what i think of him. THE INCOMPETNET %$^^%& that he and all of them are. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

you know where. What is it with 10/18 RD? I am still here patienceGC. At least there has been some movements in your case. Try not to drive yourself insane because of those idiots. What else could we do? :mad:
