RD 08/30 ND 11/01 Spoke to IIO Today

I spoke to IIO today and she said they are processing Aug 1st case and it will take 3months to get to Aug30 case.

This was my first call to IIO

Why did you choose the same moment to call them. I am not planning to call them for next 3months. So you can try whenever you like

have u specifically asked IIO about RD, is it 8/30 or 11/01.

because, mine are rd 08/08 and nd 09/28.

but IIO said, in computer its showing as RD as 09/28.

So my case is coming under september.

If this is correct, yours will be under november and it takes 3 months.

can u clarify on this.
 
I did not ask the IIO about that

From the lawyer\'s web site I got Filing date 8/29 and Reciept date 11/01. I assumed that RD is 8/29 and ND is 11/01. IIO said that they are processing 8/01 cases and mine is 8/30 so it will take another 3 months and it is not assigned to an officer and it is still on shelf

What IIO told is ND 08/01 not RD 08/01

My friend talked yesterday with IIO, she told they are now processing Aug 01 Notice Dates. Remember there are still lot of pending cases from July, April, March etc. It will take a while to assign November ND cases.
