Checked AVM last night and it said that RFE has been issued, any ideas what they want? can I call IIO to confirm it? how long it takes to approve a RFE case?
Man, Most sept case has been approved, and early august application still get RFE, it's a nightmare, I am really unluck with INS, when I applied I-140, it freezed 7-8 months, when I applied I-485, it took 2 month to get receipt, 9 month to get FP, now on sept 11th, I got RFE........... can't repeat this in my whole life again!!!!
