Congratulations to you SM.

Question: How come applicants who\'s ND are towards the end of the second week to third week are first ones approved of a month.

This inference I have drawn after eyeballing the approvals. So please do not rake me over the coals if you do a stat anlysis. :)

It is a tough question. My guess is that the INS staff may take up a months cases and distribute. Depending on the INS staff person dealing with your case, it is all subjective.
