RD 07/27/2002, RFE issued as per online message

Hi Folks,

I got the following message when checking my online status yesterday:
"
On March 10, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
"

Also in my mail yesterday, I got FP notice with FP scheduled for 04/09/2004. But I did not see message updated for FP even around 3/9/2004.


It seems they are starting to touch July 2002 cases now.

Can you give some details if your attorney have received RFE letter as to what they are asking for. Good for you, you have received FP also. When did you do 1st FP?
I am in the same situation. Did not receive RFE details inspite of website updated on 9th March that RFE has been issued. I am a Jan 2002 filer. Did 1st FP in june 2002. Just curious if I may be aslo getting 2nd FP since that is expired in September 2003.

I will update my signature with all my details today evening.
My first FP was around Sep 2002.
Haven't received the RFE notice yet.
Also got an email from the para-legal through whom I had applied that I should be getting the notice soon. She must have checked the online status too I guess.

Going be my FP notice date (03/05/2004) and the received date (03/11/2004), it seems it could take 5-6 days for the mail to reach me for RFE. So I would think if I don't get it in 6 days, I will be worried, but before that, I am just waiting.
